I'm in the process of upgrading our Call Manager from 4.1 to 6.1 and we have noticed that the Cisco 7912 phones do not register to Call Manager 6.1 without performing a Factory Default on the phone. Is there a way of remotely performing a factory default?
Hi, as far I'm aware, the 7912 does not have a factory reset accessible via keypad, perhaps you're referring to a 7911 ? The answer would be no, unfortunately.
