Remote site installed phones

Hi all,

I am using CCM 6.1 and i have some problems with phones installed on remote sites, the directory service is not working also the personal directory, ringtones also do not work except the default one, the DND,Hold they do not work.... what can be the problem...

Are the phones registered correctly in CCM?
