Yes, you can repeat the greeting with a specified number of seconds in between and specified number of repeats.In the CH Config, go to Greetings > After greeting > Reprompt the user after this many seconds of silence (I usually do 5) > Then Number of times to Repeat (pick your poison).
If you want to do that but not go to After Greeting options, just add a Caller Input option (usually star) and loop back to the CH greeting.
