We have multiple secretaries that we have setup with the CUCM included Cisco Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console program so they can use it to transfer calls, setup speed dials on their PC and access the corporate phone directory. Since Cisco is no longer updating this application and is not 100% compatible with Vista (and likely Windows 7) I would like to switch out our users that are using the Attendant console to another program. I know Cisco is selling some other Attendant Console applications for this but they are very expensive. Does anyone have a recomendation for the most cost effective application for this functionality to replace the CUCM AC? This will be for at least 20+ users.
