Replacing LD PIC accounciator prompt with spoken prompt
For a potential CM 6.X install, I'm looking at a customer whom wants a spoken prompt for a PIC rather than the annunciater prompt, for when a caller dials LD. Would it be as simple as finding the announciator prompt played for the PIC prompt and replacing it with a pre-recorded âplease enter your long distance PINâ wave file?
Re: Replacing LD PIC accounciator prompt with spoken prompt
After you log on to Cisco Unity, you hear "Voice ready". If voice recognition resources are unavailable, you do not hear this prompt and you cannot use spoken commands for the duration of your call. If you want to use voice recognition, hang up and try again in a few moments.
