Report HLog key

Hi all,

Is there a way to export a report about how many time a phone has pressed the Hlog key to Log out from a Hunt Group?

Hi Rob,

Thanks for quick reponse as always. I learned a lot with that post (+5), unfortunately it doesn't help me to export how many time a person has pushed the Hlog button .

Hi Leo,

Yeah, this is a bit of a tough request. If someone is asking for those type of

reports, they really need to be thinking about moving to a full featured Call Center

solution like UCCX or UCCE where these details are possible. It's like buying a VW beetle

and wanting to cruise like you're in a Lamborghini

You might want to look into 3rd party "Variphy", I know they have a new release coming

out with Hunt group reporting. If you want some contact details just send me a PM.
