Reserve external lines

Hi,

At the moment we are having a huge amount of calls to the office and this is taking up all our external lines.

I was wondering if it would be possible in call manager to reserve a few lines so people can still make external calls.

Any help would be much appreciated

Sure, you can do that. You will need to configure your gateway and your dial peers/dial plan appropriately - along with the incoming dialed #s hunt group (if there is one).
