Reset Unity Connection 7.1.3

Hi,

I have unity connection 7.1.3, i can't login to cisco unity connection administration account its say account has been locked,i tried all the step's provided by cisco support community its not working and also i tried to reset from CLI command also its not working.

Any help in this issues.
