Restore File to Cisco Unified Communication Manager DRS

Hi Hamed,

Could you see the backup files when connected to the SFTP server using SFTP client on your PC with the same username/password as you put into the DRS configuration?

Also, I can see the backup sets in your initial post:

Could be a browser issue, try another one.

Cheers,

Boris

Restore File to Cisco Unified Communication Manager DRS

Hi Boris,

Thank you for your quick reply,

I followed the exact document, the problem is : in step 7 I cannot find the backup file to restore, it is pointing to the right direction, SFTP is freeftpd which is supported by Cisco.

From Cisco Document:

"

Step 5 In the Select Backup Device area, choose the backup device from which to restore.

Step 6 Click Next. The Restore Wizard Step 2 window displays.

Step 7 Choose the backup file that you want to restore.

Note The backup filename indicates the date and time that the system created the backup file.
