We have just implemented some email queue's for our call centre staff to use with CAD. They would like to insert pictures as part of their email replies, not just to have them as attachments, but it seems that replies going out through the CAD are going as plain text.
We are running CAD 9.0.2 Premium. Is it possible to configure it so that emails will be sent as Rich Text or HTML?
