Dear all,
RightFAX 9.4 with SR140 installed months ago. Client could send out FAX message attached with PDF file without any problem.
In order to support windows 7 clients, the server was installed with feature pack1. After upgraded with FP1, clients cannot send out fax with attached PDF file. The status indicate " error converting Fax body or cover sheet". Double click the object it display " No image loaded".
The error happen on both windows 7 and window XP clients.
The Fax right is running windows 2003 SP2.
Can someone had upgraded RightFax 9.4 with feature pack 1 ? Do you have the same issue?
How can we fix it?
Will the client side convert the PDF or the server side?
