How do I setup an extension to ring a call pickup group after no answer? I have a mix of avaya and cisco. I want to roll an avaya extension to a cisco call pickup group if no answer. Is there a way to do this in Cisco? I have been unable to find where this can be done in CUCM 9.1.2.
I think you have confused pickup group with hunt group, sounds like you want hunt group, simply build the line group/hunt list/hunt pilot on CUCM and then forward the Avaya extension to the hunt pilot extension.
