Ring Back Fails Between 6.x and 4.x

I have a 4.x Call Manager system tied to a 6.x UC system via an ICT.

When a call is made to the reception on the 4.x side and she transfers the caller to a 6.x phone, the caller never hears ring back - yet the call goes thru and the calling part does hear his phone ring.

This is only happening to this one phone!!

To get around this issue, remove the MTP resources from the Media Resource Group which the ICT is a member of.
