Ringback Issue while transfering external calls

Hi

I have an AA configured (if you know your party extension you can dial it any time), when a person call from outside and hit AA and try dialing an extension, they dont hear any ringback even though the call gets connected.

CCM Version 6.0

Cisco Unity Connection 2.0

using H323 Gateways.

Not using any Progress_Ind commands, will that help.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Try the following:

No Ringback to PSTN when IP Phones Initiate a Call Transfer (Cisco CallManager 3.0 or Cisco Unity Voice Mail)

CCM 6 has the same parameter, so give it a try

Thanks for your reply.

I did try these settings already.

Also, i have progress indicator command configured on my voip dial peers and I am not using any POTS dial peer. Using IP-IP trunk for PSTN Access.
