Ringtone suppression

Hi

I would like to suppress the dialing ringtone / Progress Tone.

The Callcenter agent would not hear the ringtone / Progress Tone on the IP phone.

Do have anyone know that's possible on a IPPhone, IOS Gateway or CCM Ver 4.2.3?
