Route Pattern Block Reason

I am trying to find documentation on the drop down box for block reason on a route pattern, does this show in logs somewhere because it doesn't seem to show on the phone when the call is blocked.

and on the phone's display to tell the user why their call was not routed.

I have not seen it show up on the phone, you just get a fast busy.

and that's the right behavior, users do not get any kind of message or notification the call cannot be made due to restrictions.

the moment you match a pattern with block this pattern there is no further action other than sending the phone reorder.
