Route pattern for international calls

Hi,

I have a callmanager 5.0. I've configured a route pattern for international calls "0.00!" the problems is that when I dial all digits, callmanager take long time to process the call. How I can to reduce this time.

Thanks for your help.

Best regards.

Re: Route pattern for international calls

Juan,

You can add '#' to the route pattern to indicate that the caller has finished the number. But, all the callers must know that they have to finish the international number dialing with the '#'.

Hope this helps,

Re: Route pattern for international calls

I usually duplicate my international route patterns. One with a # at the end of the route pattern and one without so users can either hit # for end of dialing or wait for interdigit timeout.

Re: Route pattern for international calls

CCM waits for ther T302 timer to expire before sending the dial string for variable length dialplans. The default value is 15000 ms. You can modify it from Service>Service Parameters>Cisco CallManager. This is a cluster wide parameter.

Also you can use the # character which terminates the string and forces CCM to sendout the digits.
