Router with 4Ports POE

I have cisco router 2811,with 4ports POE and i have to use this 4ports POE as switch so how can i use it and if we need config what i have to config.

So you have an Etherswitch module on your 2800 (HWIC-4ESW-POE or HWIC-D-9ESW-POE)?
