Hey Asad,

What is the output of your server's following when you are seeing these alerts?

show status,

show process using-most memory

show process using-most cpu

show version active

Try the following:

Go to Cisco Unity Connection Administration Page--Service Parameters-Select Service*--(Cisco RIS Data Collector(Active)) -- Maximum Number of Processes and Threads*.

The maximum value can be 3000

Thanks. Will make changes to the service parameters.

Just add one more thing while changing this parmater then you need to reboot the machine as prompted. as a matter of fact this could be the case where higher resrouces have been involved. changing this will solved your problem.

One question how frequent you are getting this alert.
