i have a problem with sending email notifications from the RTMT . In the Alert History it says the notification is send to the recipient. But i didn`t get any emails. I have tried to configure a new Alert Action but no sucess.
The Exchange server is configured for relaying mails internal. If i try a telnet <mailserver> 25 and test the smtp communication by sending an email with the telnet console it works.
I have this issue on two different Call Manager versions (7.1 and 8.6). Any suggestions what i`m missing to configure? Is there a special service to start for that?
