RTMT Error

After an upgrade from CM4 to UCM5 when we run RTMT we receive the following error when opening the default profile:

"Unable to restore configuration! Host name in the configuration is not defined in DB"

I am able to create new profiles and they work fine, but the default not working it's a nuisance... any ideas?

I know this is a stupid question but have you downloaded the new plugin and installed?

Hi Carscaddenb,

i have the exact same issue, i have upgraded from cucm 4.1 to 6.1 and have the same error message, have you fixed this issue? how you did it?
