We upgraded our core switches recently. All our IPT servers are connected to both core switches but not dual-homed. The servers were disconnected from the network for about 45 minutes for each core switch. Come Monday AM, RTMT failed to launch. Several uninstall/install attempts also fail to launch RTMT, and recognize my own UID and PSW. RTMT also won't launch on any of the SUBs, too. Note that RTMT is loaded on my work station. RTMT is not loaded onto any of the PUB, SUBs, etc. What SERVICE or PROCESS can be reset, re-anabled, re-started?? HELP!! Thanks.
