Dear all,
When going in the RTMT to the Performance tab, I'm unable to open tree hierarchy. I see the different callmanagers in the cluster but I'm unable to browse further. I receive the error "The specific object could not be found" and then "RIS service possibly not available" in the status bar at the button.
It was working before. In the profile that I'm loading when I start RTMT, I have even counters saved that I selected when it was still working and these are working fine. Just browsing through the tree is not possible anymore.
Might there be an issue with SNMP or the RIS service?

Open the CUCM Serviceability and open the control centre - network service options under the tools menu.
Scroll through the network services and verify that the Cisco RIS Data Collector, Cisco AMC Service, Cisco CallManager Serviceability RTMT and Cisco RTMT Reporter Servlet services are all running.
