The link was good looks like

The link was good looks like you were copying my name along the URL. I have corrected that.

If you go through the link it will give you a start. As both Brian (+5) and Java has pointed you will need to learn reading the traces. Start from either a lab if you have (so there is not a lot of call traffic) or pick up a quiet time when there are not too many calls - make a call and then try to interpret that call. You will start to get familiar with the traces.

If this solves your queries please mark the thread as answered.

Most of this you get from experience by actually reading the traces when it works, and when it doesn't work.

As a previous TAC engineer,

As a previous TAC engineer, it mostly comes with experience looking over traces over and over again until you learn what to look for to get through calls quickly.  We always had the new hires take a bunch of trace analysis cases so they would get used to it they're first few months.

Thanks for the response.

How to get the meanings of the messages.

Hi Mate,

Hi Mate, In addition to book shared by Java (+5) There are few thins you will need first - Turn on traces, Collect traces, You will also need a user friendly text editor ( like notepad++) to read the traces. Here is a very good article by Jason Burns for a start - pretty much covers all in a short and precise manner: https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/44911/tracking-h323-calls-cucm-sdi-traces
