RTMT Trace

Why I don't see trace item in the Realtime monitoring tool?

I have CCM 4.1

if you mean that you want to collect the traces using RTMT that is for 5.x and 6.x, in 4.x you need to use the trace gathering tool or manually pull them from program files/cisco/trace
