I have put RTMT onto a PC but when I try to run it I put the password etc in correctly but the application seems to hang.
What should I check on CCM 4.1 to see if it is running correctly.

Which CCM version? which RTMT version are you running?
you may also need to check the RTMT logs on the Pub (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Cisco\Logs)

CCM is Ver 4.1(3)es13
RTMT plugin file version is 4.1.100.1332
When you try logging in it shows "loading, please wait"
Thier is nothing in RTMT logger and the logs in RTMT Reporter view are from several years ago !

Can you ping the publisher? have you checked the Eventviewer on both wokstation and Pub? also ensure that the Port on the logging screen is accessible (default is 80) and that the secure connection is activated.
