SCCP and ATA187 dtmf

I have a situation where a door access system is connected to an ATA187

When someone presses the button on the door access system (which is basically an analog phone) the call comes in the CME and a 7962 rings.

If the 7962 is picked up, we can speak with the 'door'

To open the door, on the 7962 we press a code, but the dtmf never reaches the door access equipment.

We did some tests and noticed that when the line is open between an ATA187 and a SCCP phone (they talk) any dtmf is not passed.

In the past we used ATA186 devices (really miss them ) and they were working correctly.

When we connected another analog phone on the ATA187 and this analog devices was 'talking' to the door, the dtmf could be heard and the door opens.

In general DTMF is not a problem when starting the call, the CME correctly understands the dtmf.

Only when the line between an SCCP device and the ATA187 (sip) is established, does the dtmf not pass.

Any idea?
