Guys,

im a little embarrassed to say that i have no idea on using the serach filter capability to do bulk updates. i need to update extensions 1006 to 1019 for a new pickup group. i go to bulk admin, phones, add/update lines and i cannot filter to the exact range i require.

can anyone assist?

Go to BAT, and use

Find

Update Phones Query

where

DN option and configure 2 of them

100[6-9]

Press the + sign and add the other clause

101X

Make sure to change the Using to OR instead of AND.

Or simply do the process twice, one per range
