searching for Tapit Ex users for advice on troubleshooting

Hello to the Cisco NetPro community,

I have been in a quagmire in the attempt to adequately configure Tapit Ex for our call accounting needs. The Tapit suite successfully loads the CDR files into its database, but the reporting displays redundant entries for 99% of the calls (the calls have 2-6 parallel entries in the reports which artificially inflates the call duration and cost). Are there any Tapit users in the community and if so, have they encountered this issue? We use Cisco Unified CM Administration System version 6.1.2.1000-13. Thank you.
