Sending an email to an agent that is not logged in telling them to log in.
We have users here on nights and weekends that will answer a very small amount of phone calls. One agent in particular has trouble remembering to log in when they get in the building. I have looked and searched, but I can't find any specific information. I am curious if there is a way for UCCX to send that user an email telling them to log in. If so, what do you have to do to set this up.
