service directory doesn't show in button "directory"

I have CUCME 8.6 But I have the following problem , service directory doesn't show in button "directory", only  "Missed Calls", "Receive Calls" and "Placed Calls"

here is the config

ip http server

telephony-service

directory entry 1 1111 name NAME1

directory entry 2 1112 name NAME2

create cnf files and restart phones.

Where this phones registered to CUCM at some point before. Make sure you are not having problems with ITL files from a previous System. You might want to delete the ITL files from the phones, if you have any.
