Service status is DOWN. SOAP -Performance Monitoring APIs

CUCM 5.1 services like SOAP Performance Monitoring APIs, Real-Time Service APIs &

Log Collection APIs are continuously getting restarted by its own. This happens between every 5 to 8 minutes. Can someone explain why the services are restarting automatically?

This issue was resolved by restarting the Callmanager service.
