i'd like to set up and alert so that I recieve an email whenever a phone registration request is rejected. I see the custom tab in "Alert Central" in the Serviceability tool, but can't figure out how to actually add anything to it. I get emails on the predfined alerts.The documentation seems a bit thin. Can anyone give me a general outline of how to accomplish this?
