We just upgraded our cluster from 6.1.5 to 8.5.1.. after upgrading I found some of the services has not come up (Commanded Out of Service). I tried to start these services from GUI but I dont find them, also no luck from the CLI mode.. Tried to find it from the Service Activation page but I did not find those.
Can anyone help me?

Cisco SOAP - CallRecord Service[STOPPED] Commanded Out of Service
Thank you for the response. We have obtained the license from Cisco and also uploaded to the CUCM but still we have this issue. I dont think this is a licensing issue since other services have come up and the calls are working as normal.
Also we have upgrades other 2 clusters to the same 8.5.1 from 6.1.5 and have the same issue.
Symptom: Under the CUCM Serviceability webpage, Control Center - Network Services, some or all services are not displayed so they cannot be started, stopped, or restarted. Conditions: CUCM 8.x running on a VMware server. Workaround: The workaround for this defect requires TAC to access your server with a remote support account. Open a TAC SR and reference this defect to get it fixed.
CSCtl12581 : Most services via Cisco Unified Serviceability are not up after migratio
Symptom:migrated UCCX from MCS to UCS.After the migrated the services (Via Cisco Unified Serviceability ->Tools->ControlCenter Network Services) is much less in UCS as compared to the earlier MCS.Conditions:migrated UCCX from MCS to UCS.Workaround:
CSCtn11807 : CUCM Network Services Web Admin fails to properly display all services
Symptom:CUCM Control Center - Network Services page (via Cisco Unified Serviceability) fails to display all active services that are running on the CUCM. The page will display some services and their status, but others will simply fail to display.Conditions:Workaround:1) CLI command "utils service list" should display all services and their status.2) CLI command "utils service restart " should allow for restart of a small subset of major services.3) Cisco TAC can manage services from root access to the server.

The short answer is that you don't.... That isn't entirely true while at
the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
