Set up forward with ext in another CSS/DID block

Hi, I have seperate CSS for seperate group of IPT and phone for remote location. I have no problem to set up forward call to an extension in the same block/CSS or to an external number. I can not forward the call to an ext that connected to other CSS/partition and remote site. The local ext in different DID blocks share the same MRL media resource list. The remote IPT uses a different MRL. Please help to find the cause and resolution.

Hi Au Ray,

The problem here is the CSS. For the Call Forward CSS choose one that is the same as one that allows calls to connect from IP Phones on the two sites. Look at the CSS that is applied to a phone device that can call between the 2 sites and apply this CSS to the Call Forward All - CSS and you should be good to go!
