Set up greetings administrator for user to rerecord their standard greeting from their phone.

Please share what are the settings need to be done on CUC under System call handlers< Select AA< edit< Greetings?

WHat does active phones settings mean if we go to Media Playback Recording and choose option phone to record Greeting?

You need to use the media player and choose that you want to use a phone, and enter the phone number that you want to use (your dial plan and CSS for the integration should allow you to reach it)

When you press record, you'll get the call to record the greeting.

Is this phone number is the one setup for auto attendant or its for the user who can tere cord greeting?

That is the phone that will get the call so you can record the greeting

Thanks, For example my auto attendant is setup extension number is 1980 and the user who want to rerecord the standard greeting own extension 1981. So, it should select 1981 under other number or I should select 1980 for primary extension. Please refer photo to be clear what I am talking about.
