Hi. I have never set up an attendant console and am having problems finding out how to do it online. I find some cisco pdf's that reference it but none specifically how to set up call manager for it and the PC, installing the app etc. This is for cm 6.0.1 and Unity Unified 5.0. Maybe Im putting in the wrong search criteria?
The attendant console installs on a PC with IP connectivity to the Cisco CallManager system. The attendant console works with a Cisco IP Phone that is registered to a Cisco CallManager system. Multiple attendant consoles can connect to a single Cisco CallManager system.
