Setting up CDR records

I am new to CDR and and trying to set it up to get an idea of how many calls are occuring over the LAN and over trunks. I set up CAR and logged into the interface, but I am not pulling any records.

What parameters do I need to set up to start compiling records of numbers called?

Also, I set up CDR on my unclassified network, but wheneven I try to login to ART, it can't find the webpage. I restarted the WWW service and IIS, but still no luck, any ideas?
