Let me preface this with, I am very new to voice.

We have a 2911 sitting behind a Cisco ASA that we are trying to connec to our SIP provider. This provider currently works on a 3CX system that we are migrating to Cisco. Currently all phones in the DP register with our Call man, then are sent to the VG for handling. We can only dial the number associated with the DID and nothing further. It seems as though the registration/authentication to the provider is not happening; configs below:

Any help would be appreciated. Oh, we get the 486 "busy here" indication from debug.

voice service voip

callmonitor

allow-connections sip to sip

fax protocol t38 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback none

   outbound-proxy dns:sip.maxo.com.au

destination-pattern .

session protocol sipv2

session target sip-server

credentials username 74310 password 7 00171200025A0F101A30 realm dns:sip.maxo.com.au

authentication username 74310 password 7 120A0411140A08123F3A realm sip.maxo.com.au

registrar dns:sip.maxo.com.au expires 3600

Thanks

Charles
