Setup for receptionist

Have call manager 5.0.4 running and attendant console for the receptionist.

Calls come into pilot point 483 and this alerts 457 (the receptionist). If she is busy on a call then there are other extensions added to the pilot point. If they are all busy then the last resort is a voicemail box for 483.

The members of the overflow group all need to have individual voice mail, the receptionist aswell.

The current setup, drops calls for the primary company number onto individuals voicemail boxes and not the company voicemail box !

Does anyone have a solution for this.

You can use the calling party transformation mask to change the number unity sees when the hunt pilot has gone through it's hunt lists.

You have a pilot point of 483 so when it is forwarded to Unity unity plays the message for 483. You may or may not have a mailbox for this number but you can tell the hunt pilot to go to voicemail as the number that you put in the calling party transformaiton.

Unfortunately the Pilot Point that is setup for the Attendant Console to function doesn't have Calling Party Transformation, only has pilot point information and hunt group members.

Or is there something I have missed here !
