Setup of expansion modules

Hi,

I have configured 7915-24 button expansion module but the buttons on the expansion modules don't change the color when the line is busy. Can anyone help me to setup this correctly?

Maybe mention which system are using, version, and current configuration ?

CUCM 7.1.3

1 side car 7915 - 24 button attached with cisco 7962 phone. 7962 is configured in SCCP. Side are buttons are using as a speed dial.

You need to do configure as BLF/speed-dial.

Yes I have configured as a BLF/speed dial only but it don't change the color when the user is busy. We have same setup in different location with same config and that works fine.

Check that you have configured Presence correctly.
