I have a group of users which their computers are not in our network. We only support their phones. They are requestiong to setup the speed dial numbers. Can we setup the speed dial from the phone or have some kind of frequently called numbers on the phone?
From my understanding, we can only setup the speed dial from the CCM user page. Since the user PC is not in our network and they can not access the CCM user page, I am not sure how can they setup the speed dials?
