Shared Line appearance UCM ver 7.0.2

can any body advise on any issues with shared line appearance on UCM version 7.0.2.

Hi Ian,

Make sure the second phone is in the same Partition as the first phone and you shouldn't receive this error.

Let me guess, you're trying to configure shared line on primary line?

Shared Line Restrictions

Do not configure shared-line appearances on the primary lines of the phones; for example, if two phones have a shared-line appearance, only one of the phones should have the primary line configured as shared (the other phone should have the secondary line configured as shared).

Thanks for the update. Ideally I wanted to config shared line appearance on Line 2 of both phones and be able to make use of the CFA softkey. However It appears that I can only achieve this on Line 1 as the CFA key is not available on Line 2.

Indeed, CFA on phone only works on Primary line.

You can use CCMUser to set CFA for any other line
