shared line not working

Hi ,

We are facing an issue where one of the 3 users are not able to get there secondary line ring when the call comes up on the shared line. The other two phones ring simultaneously. The calling search space and the partition on all the phones are correct , phones are 7962 , even set the busy trigger and maximum number of calls are 6 , 4 respectively on all the phones, but even then the shared line doest not rings on the phone for the 1st user.

What else should i check in order to isolate and resolve the issue.

ccm version : 6.1.3

The only thing that drives this is the partition assigned to the Line, CSS has nothing to do with it, when you locate this DN do you see all phones listed in the Associated Devices list?

What is the RING Setting set to for Idle and Active phone under the DN of the phone that does not ring?
