shortcut softkey

     Dear all

I want to know is it possible to have a softkey shortcut on my ip phone to have "corporate directory"

- Create a new phone button template for the phone

- Configure the button layout and add "Service Url"

- from Device -> Device Setting -> phones services-> add new service with URL: http://<Call manager IP address>:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp

- subscribe the service to the phone

- choose the phone button template for the phone.

- add the service you created to the service button on the phone

- restart the phone.

you will find Directory button created on the phone.

i have right know my directory service on my button

but i want to replace one on my softkeys..is this possible?

mrmhar1408 is correct - it currently isn't possible to add custom softkeys.
