should calling party name showed up in case it had been previously stored in PAB?

Hi,

I have a question related to Personal Address Book
Cluster version CUCM8.6

- End users have PAB confiugred

- can save entries in PAB

- can dial out from PAB

In case call comes in - from a caller number had already been stored in user's PAB - should the name also showed up on the LCD screen of the calling party as it is stored in his/her PAB?

No, there's no number to name resolution feature in CUCM in any version.
