show call active voice on CUBE always getting zero for round-trip
I have been trying out the show call active voice command on a CUBE by setting up a test lab with network impairment tool. we are using a 2911 with the following IOS version.
Cisco IOS Software, C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.1(4)M8, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2) Technical Support: http://www.cisco.com/techsupport Copyright (c) 1986-2014 by Cisco Systems, Inc. Compiled Fri 07-Mar-14 13:21 by prod_rel_team
ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 15.0(1r)M12, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
The aim is to make sure we understand the settings needed on CUBE to obtain the various jitter, packet loss and round-trip delay values.
We have the following config on voice service voip and the dial-peer that we are putting the network impairment on:
voice service voip rtcp keepalive mode border-element media monitoring 300 media statistics allow-connections sip to sip
dial-peer voice 60 voip destination-pattern 60[0-9][0-9] media monitoring session protocol sipv2 session target ipv4:10.102.6.10 voice-class sip options-keepalive codec g711ulaw
We have managed to getting non-zero values for things like:
However, RoundTripDelay is constantly reporting zero while we change the latency to various values. The funny thing is we are getting jitter so obviously there should be latency reported, but yet it is zero.
Does anyone knows if we have missed some steps in setting up the CUBE to report RoundTripDelay statistics? Or you know of any bug fix related to this sort of things for CUBE IOS version that we are running?

The short answer is that you don't.... That isn't entirely true while at
the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
