shutting down E1/PRI port automatically - IAD 2431

Hi,

Is there a way to shut down the pri line automatically when we cannot ping to a destination ip. When the pings are succesfull the pri should be up, when the pings are lost PRI line should be shut down. I want to do this in CISCO IAD 2431 router.

You can use EEM scripting for that.

Any idea what version of code you need?  I have not been able to find any code with the event manager applet command and software advisor is of no help with an IAD2431.
