We have a problems with our phones. When we get a call and answer, that call is silent and, at the same time the same call looks like it is on hold, the client calls back in and this appears as a second incoming call - we can only speak with the client after answering the second call. Or the telephone rings only once and when we answer the call drops

Which callmanager you are using to process these calls ?

This site is part of a cluster, it only has a WAN router plus phones on site that has voice services configured on it. It is set up as H323 instead of MGCP for latency reasons. ALL other sites in cluster do not have this issue.

It seems to be codec issue, can you plz post h323 gatway's config, and plz attach 'debug voip ccapi inout' separately for good call and bad call.
