Single button for line and SD on cisco 7861 SIP phone

Hi All,

Good evening. Can we configure one button for DN(Line) and SD. Our requirement is we need to configure one button for incoming and SD to a particular number.

You probably have to look at PLAR configuration for it.

Hi Thomas,

The calls (inbound & outbound) would be passing through PSTN line, as it is not for internal. when ever an external customer calls complete DID number from a fixed number of their , it should hit that particular line button and for outgoing when ever we want to dial that particular PSTN number , we need to use the same button assigned to that particular external customer. So will this work?
